EP 2 GREASE is first generation lithium soap base grease containing extreme pressure [EP] additives for enhanced load bearing capacity. These greases are formulated with high quality paraffinic base oils and are fortified with balanced oxidation and rust inhibitors, as also EP additives. EP 2 GREASE possesses excellent shear stability under heavy duty service. It has excellent water tolerance and is adaptable to normal grease dispensing systems including centralised lubrication systems.
EP 2 GREASE is designed as multifunctional extreme pressure grease for prevention of wear during usage at temperatures upto 130⁰C. EP 2 GREASE can be used in plain and anti-friction bearings operating under high load conditions in various heavy duty industrial applications, steel mills, paper mills, heavy structural construction/fabrication industries, mining and automotive industries. EP 2 GREASE is also recommended for use in flexible type gear couplings.

Graphite Grease is a quality, smooth, lithium soap based grease and is fortified with the best known natural solid lubricant, Graphite. Manufactured to NLGI 2 consistency, the graphite grease provides the best combination of performance and economy for most applications. Graphite Grease is resistant to water and has good mechanical stability.
Use of graphite grease minimizes wear through the use of solid lubricant (graphite) and provides extended lubricant coverage due to even distribution of the product along the wearing parts. This also reduces the noise of the metal-joints by minimizing metal to metal contact. It pumps over a wide temperature range and resists water washing.
Graphite Grease is recommended for use in gears, cams and slides operating at temperatures ambient to 140°c. This grease is recommended for use in hydraulic rams, plungers, slides, elevator cables, leaf springs, life guides, pantograph pans etc. It is also recommended for flexible couplings in various industrial applications where incidental water contact is high. The grease conforms to IS:508 (1987).

MOLY GREASES are solid lubricant containing multipurpose Lithium hydroxy stearate soap greases based on paraffinic mineral oils. MOLY GREASES also contain antioxidants, anti corrosion and extreme pressure additives together with molybdenum disulfide for enhanced extreme pressure and anti-seize performance. MOLY GREASES exhibit good water resistance and excellent adherence to metal surfaces.
MOLY Grease is suitable for plain bearings and gears in wide variety of applications. These can also be used in slow speed rolling and angular contact bearings having adequate clearance to take care of solid particles.
It is particularly recommended for use under boundary lubrication conditions, especially where sliding motion or vibrations can cause the grease to squeeze out from the surfaces in contact. It provides protection against fretting corrosion, typically associated with splined shafts, pivot pins, constant velocity joints, and other ball joints and on parts subjected to oscillating and sliding motion. Moly grease is generally recommended for all difficult service conditions such as dust, exposure to vapours and rain, recurrence of shock load.
Moly grease can also be dispensed through centralised lubrication systems.

MP 2 Grease is made from high quality mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and fortified with functional additives to impart oxidation and corrosion resistance. MP 2 conforms to IS : 7623 (1993) and IPSS-1-09-006 (97) specifications.
MP 2 Grease is recommended for multipurpose applications including high performance wheel bearings, chassis points, and water pump bearings. It is pump able and can be dispensed by any greasing system. MP 2 Grease is recommended for all normal grease application areas.
